  take it like a man!..i get told shut up n take a painkiller..
  Seems like u gotta bad migraine..i get em when i stress like mad..or get upset...i am unable to speak..which is a mercy on those around me....n i get neck ache...
  i usually jus lie down n chill..or warm my tummy with a hot water bottle..it helps..

  About your headaches; I see by your profile you work in a high tech field. You might be interested in a new thread I started, today, June 4, 06, at the Fountainhead Forum [http://airdance.proboards50.com/]. It is under Our Environment, and the thread is titled Electromagnetic Radiation [http://airdance.proboards50.com/index.cgi?board=oenr&action=display&thread=1149424000&page=1] It discusses the effects of cell phones, mainly, and other technology which is frying our brains. Because of your line of work, I suggest you read this.
  
  If your migraines are "natural," then you would expect this to run in your family. Many in my family suffer from migraines throughout our different generations. However, as you get older, they tend to subside.
  
  Getting back to Electromagnetic Radiation, I do not use cell phones, very rarely watch TV, no cable TV [another source of EMR], and keep technology to bare bones in my home. You can't believe the number of children in the USA who have their own cell phones. I believe this is totally irresponsible of parents. I hate the computer, but it is a necessary evil for me at this time, since I have dedicated my life to supplying anyone who cares to listen with info that is kept from them, lied to about, etc..
  
  My background is in Environmental Science, Microbiology, and I am a Certified Sanitarian. I spit on Corporate American and left it a long time ago; never to return. I am also a Herbalist and learned in the use of these and other natural remedies.

  hi there
  i suffer frm migraines too.another name hell on earth.a canadian friend of mine told me a tip u can say.try apply pressure on the soft part between ur left thumb n index fingure n keep on doing untill u feel no pain.try it,it might work.or ofcourse the best thing is to lie in bed in complete dark.works for me.anyways gd luck

  That applying-the-pressure thing is better known as ACUPRESSUE, as opposed to Acupuncture, the only difference being you use your hands to apply pressure instead of sharp pins. Anyways, it works wonderfully well for me. Lessens the pain considerably, you should try it.

  suga: i would just LOVE to do all those things :S only... if i could find the time LoL! I try being very active and have multiple things running which i cant back out of.. like today... after reading the post, i went out.. picked up my friends and went for Lan gaming. LoL! After loosing to them horribly.. my headache went away.. now im wondering if that's the loosing which did the trick.. or the did the painkillers finally kick in! LoL
  
  Michelle: I love reading your articles! you've got an willing pair of ears (eyes) here... especially if it concerns conspiracies! (my fav). Secondly, yes i do work in the high tech industry.. and unfortunately i cant break myself away.. since im just addicted to TV, the net and my cell.   umarah: i heard of that technique.. and did apply it many a times and yes, it does work! Wonder why i forgot about it when i had the headache. LoL

  I'll dig around to find these two charts of all the pressure points on your body and post them here soon.. i've pasted them in my cubicle... behind my chair.. unfortunately the only 'relaxation' they give me is when i lay my head against them why being sprawled out in my cubicle after lunch. LoL! Maybe someone else will have better luck!

On headache's...

Ever had one of deabilitating headache's?? What am i sayin! ofcourse u've had them! everyone does sometime or the other.... I think migrane's na name for them.. though i've never truly understood what and why a migrane even exists!

Coming baq.. i get headache's based on my eating habits :S I know there are somethings i cant eat (allergic?) and yet.. i do! then end up having these terrible headache's lasting the whole damn day and cant do a thing about them! What's worse.. the pain isnt constant.. it travels from my head.. to eyes.. to even my throat.. truly making me a useless lump! My threshold for pain is really low... i mean really really low.... or else i just get more intense headache's(?) and i just dont know what to do! Painkillers dont work.. (taking 3 to 4 till now) other meds dont work... just have to pass it out... like people on TV are so fond on saying.. "Suck it up and take it like a man"
