  Mansoor after reading this post I remember something we talked about earlier :D...sneaking outta Gf's house at night could give u stiff neck n back LOL.

  Hmmm seems like you are suffering from either stress or bad posture.I would bet its due to long hours sitting on computer.
  Talk to a chiropracticor.If possible try to get ergonomical work station, it may cost alot upfront but in the long run it will pay off.

  i can imagine how bad it is.I had to go to school with a deadly neck,every tiny jitter makes it so bad.I hope you get well.

  dee: could be the bad posture! i had this really addicting game on my mobile "block breakers" which caused the problem! i've deleted it and now life seems to go by much better. My office station is pretty egonomical.. my boss looks into matters like these himself thankfully

I hate having a stiff neck!

This morning i woke up with a stiff back which resulted in a stiff neck!! It was so bad, i couldnt even go to work in the morning. Took half off the day off... Still cant turn my head to the left without a pain shooting up like a lightening bolt up the left side of my body!

The pain is centered just below my neck... i dont know whats causing it.. since its been there on and off for about 2 weeks now. I think it has something to do with playing games on my mobile... :S

The painkiller i had in the morning is about to wear off.... and the pains coming back tenfold!! Time for another dose... anything you people can suggest to take care of this would be more than welcome!
