Driving in Karachi is...

... a battle of nerves!

Its like where ever you go, your in a battle with the car in front of you, or coming at you, or trying to cut in front of you. Especially when your driving down a narrow road, with car's parked on either sides and two way traffic moving in the middle (like the side roads on Shahrah-e-Faisal). You weave in and out sometimes just centimeters from hitting the other car which if you'll hit, at the very least, you'll take its side mirror off, swerving to miss motorbikes moving in and out like ants.

Other times, both drivers will look at each other, not stopping or moving to a side, eyeing each other, almost willing the other person to stop! Eventually, the weaker driver does and the stronger one claims victory by passing by first!

Yes, your constantly in a battle of nerves and the goal is getting to your destination with your car (and body) intact.
