No more anger management classes....
One of the better sides of having a tighter control system over fedral systems is the feedback you get. This article is just an example of that. People here in Pakistan could really learn from this (and countless other) example, that in order to fully implement something good in their system, they really do need a system for followup. Maybe that'll lead to a lessor number of failed public systems rather than money down the drain.... I wonder.. just how much do we follow the 'goras' anyway...
Coming back to topic.. this post concerns anger management classes given to inmates in UK. It has been learned this sort of treatment can actually make them more violent by teaching them how to 'hide' their homicidal tendencies..

"considered wholly inappropriate". They add that it is now thought the
courses "have the potential to equip the offender with additional
control mechanisms and increase his/her capacity to manipulate a
situation to their advantage and power".
